Balfour Beatty names new CEO for UK Construction Services

Balfour Beatty, UK-based international infrastructure group, has announced that later this year Nick Crossfield will take over as CEO of the group鈥檚 UK Construction Services business.
Crossfield studied mechanical engineering at Reading University in England and has more than four decades鈥 experience within the industrial and engineering industries, said Balfour Beatty.
His resume includes stops at British Steel, Network Rail, and Siemens. He is currently the managing director of Alstom Transportation鈥檚 UK and Ireland business, a position he鈥檚 held since 2015.
鈥漀ick will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Balfour Beatty鈥檚 UK Construction Services business, delivering on its business plans with a focus on further developing its presence in the growing infrastructure market 鈥 including the energy, defence and sustainable transportation sectors,鈥 said Balfour Beatty.
Crossfield will also sit on the Balfour Beatty executive committee, the group said.
